Terms for using our website and reserving, purchasing, picking up, or arranging delivery of a Gulf Coast Ragdolls kitten.
These Terms of Service govern your use of gulfcoastragdolls.com and any reservation, payment, inquiry, pickup, delivery, or other transaction with Gulf Coast Ragdolls. By using this website or submitting a payment, you agree to these Terms. A signed reservation, adoption, or health-guarantee agreement may contain additional terms. If a signed agreement conflicts with this website, the signed agreement controls for that transaction.
Kitten availability changes quickly and is not guaranteed until Gulf Coast Ragdolls confirms the reservation. Photos, gender, pattern, color, pricing, ready dates, registration status, and other details are provided based on the information available at the time and may be updated.
Selection priority is handled on a first-deposit, first-pick basis within the applicable litter or reservation group, unless we confirm a different arrangement in writing.
The standard reservation deposit is $500, unless a different amount is stated in writing. Once Gulf Coast Ragdolls accepts the reservation, the deposit is non-refundable and is applied toward the kitten's total adoption fee, except where otherwise required by law or agreed to by Gulf Coast Ragdolls in writing.
If a payment is received for a kitten that was not confirmed available, Gulf Coast Ragdolls may decline the reservation and return the payment or offer another arrangement in writing.
Adoption fees vary by kitten and are listed on the applicable kitten profile or confirmed directly with you. All prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. The remaining balance is due according to the payment and pickup terms confirmed for your reservation.
Payment methods may include Stripe or other payment methods specifically offered by Gulf Coast Ragdolls. You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information and to use only payment methods you are authorized to use.
Registration status varies by kitten. A kitten is TICA registered, includes registration papers, includes documented pedigree information, or includes breeding rights only when that feature is specifically stated in the kitten's listing or confirmed in writing by Gulf Coast Ragdolls.
Nothing on the website should be interpreted as promising registration, pedigree documentation, show quality, or breeding rights unless expressly stated for the individual kitten.
Ragdoll kittens continue developing as they mature. Coat color, point color, markings, size, fluffiness, eye appearance, and other physical traits may change over time. Photos are intended to show the kitten as accurately as reasonably possible, but lighting, age, screens, and normal development can affect appearance.
Temperament descriptions are general observations, not guarantees of future behavior or personality. Every cat is an individual and may respond differently to a new home, family, animals, routines, and environment.
Veterinary care, records, health certificates, vaccinations, testing, deworming, and health-guarantee terms are described on our website and in the documents provided for the applicable kitten. Specific veterinary care and health coverage are governed by the kitten's written records and any signed health-guarantee or adoption agreement.
Information on this website is for general educational purposes and is not veterinary advice. After pickup, you are responsible for establishing appropriate ongoing veterinary care for your kitten.
Pickup is arranged in St. Petersburg, Florida unless another arrangement is confirmed in writing. Florida delivery may be available for an additional fee depending on location, timing, and availability.
Pickup and delivery dates are estimates until confirmed. Gulf Coast Ragdolls may adjust a go-home date when reasonably necessary for veterinary care, health, safety, weather, transportation, or other circumstances affecting the kitten.
We work to keep availability, prices, descriptions, photos, dates, and other information current and accurate. Occasionally, information may contain an error or become outdated before it can be updated. Gulf Coast Ragdolls may correct errors, update information, or change website content at any time.
Submitting an inquiry does not create a reservation or obligate Gulf Coast Ragdolls to sell a kitten.
You may use this website for personal, lawful purposes related to learning about Gulf Coast Ragdolls and our kittens. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use site content in a misleading or unlawful manner.
